Membership in the ADHA includes membership in the Ohio Dental Hygienists' Association (Constituent- Ohio) and the Cincinnati Dental Hygienists' Association (Component- Cincinnati - 02). An ADHA membership can be found on the web at www.adha.org. Just open the document, print it , and submit it along with your dues.
Please note that membership dues for the Ohio Constituent are $90. 00 and the Cincinnati Constituent are $15.00.
